One Eurovea

A new Slovak skyscraper will enhance Bratislava’s modern city centre with high-quality urban housing. The project will strengthen the area’s residential character, promote more efficient public transport and create space for the expansion of local green spaces. The winning design by the renowned Dutch architectural practice KCAP features a slender, vertically structured tower which, in harmony with the Eurovea Tower, will complement the capital’s skyline. The new residential tower will offer a wide range of flats, from smaller units to exclusive apartments of the highest standard, designed for discerning clients and investors alike.
