Nove Nadvorie Dubravka

With this new project, we are creating space for green urban living within walking distance of a full range of local amenities, in line with the concept of the 15-minute city.

Homes with front gardens, a children’s play area and a fitness area in a green inner courtyard, cycling facilities including a space for washing bicycles and bathing pets. The project, situated next to the Dúbravka tram line, will comprise three apartment blocks and one short-stay accommodation facility.
